Is my data safe?
Yes. Your deals are protected by row-level security, so only you can see them. BrickROI is built and hosted in Canada. We never sell your data.
What Canadian listing sites can you import from?
Paste a URL from Realtor.ca, Kijiji, Zillow, or most brokerage sites. You can also type an address and BrickROI fills in the property data from Canadian property records.
How accurate are the numbers?
Every calculator is golden-tested to the penny against Nate's corrected spreadsheet on every release. DSCR, cap rate, cash-on-cash, and IRR are calculated, not estimated.
Can I export to my own spreadsheet?
